Thanks to AON Corporation, Special Olympics Massachusetts (SOMA) athletes were able to train with the world’s most popular sports team, Manchester United. Manchester United was in town for their July 13th exhibition soccer match vs. the New England Revolution. At the clinic were 30 SOMA athletes, as well as coaches and players from Manchester United. Below is my favorite video from the day. The sound is actually pretty bad, and you can’t hear what Manchester United star Anderson is saying. So why is it my favorite video? Well, you can tell how happy Anderson is to be there and how much he cares about Special olympics athletes just by watching his interaction with Julie. He mentions that he has members of his family in Brazil involved in the Special Olympics Movement:
