For the second year in a row, Dunkin Donuts in Bristol County, MAis celebrating National Coffee Day! On Thursday, September 29th, Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees in Rhode Island and Bristol County will donate 25 cents for every cup of coffee, latte or cappuccino- both hot and iced- sold throughout the day to Special Olympics Rhode Island and Special Olympics Massachusetts South Section!
“For nearly 25 years, our partnership with the Special Olympics has grown, and we continue to be inspired by the courage, dedication, and spirit of each Special Olympic athlete,” said Todd Wallace, Dunkin’ Donuts Field Marketing Manager. “We hope that our loyal customers will join us once again as we raise funds for this wonderful organization.”
Last year’s promotion of 50 cents for each HOT coffee sold, raised $30,000 for SOMA’s South Section. With this year’s increased endorsement of 25 cents of EVERY coffee sold, Dunkin Donuts’ hopes to raise more than $75,000 for both Special Olympics chapters.
